This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a Social Media Manager dedicated to our Little Joys brand, focusing on creating engaging content for parents. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation from ideation to execution, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, while actively experimenting to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation & Visualization:

  Brainstorm content and articulate it into simple, eye-catching visuals.

• Strategy & Implementation:

  Design and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and sales, to ensure brand consistency.

• Community Engagement:

  Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

• Content Execution:

  Execute reels, photoshoots of kids, and other visual content for social media.

• Optimization & Experimentation:

  Post and experiment weekly with timings and hashtags to optimize reach and engagement.

• Ad Creative Leadership:

  Lead the ideation, creation, and management of Instagram ad creatives, working closely with in-house design teams.

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay informed of relevant industry and paid media platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have a good understanding of design, content, and trending Instagram posts curated for parents.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Meticulous, detailed-oriented & organized.
• Fast learner who will embrace the opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly.
• Someone who is willing to constantly try different approaches and is okay with multiple of them failing until the right approach is identified.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
