Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Tailor campaigns for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, etc.). Lead quarterly content planning across product launches, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and cultural moments. 2. Content & Execution Oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and tone of voice across platforms. Collaborate with internal design/video teams and external creators to produce high-quality content (static, video, Reels, Stories, Lives). Ensure content reflects the brands visual identity, tonality, and values. 3. Community Engagement Drive organic community growth and foster meaningful engagement across platforms. Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner. Develop community programs such as UGC campaigns, contests, and collaborations with superfans or ambassadors. 4. Performance Analysis Monitor, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions). Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.) to derive insights and optimize campaigns. Stay updated with social algorithm changes and emerging tools. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, and PR teams to integrate social media into broader campaigns. Provide social insights to product/brand teams for better customer resonance. 6. Trendspotting & Innovation Track platform updates, consumer behavior shifts, and trending formats to inform strategy. Experiment with new formats (AR filters, social commerce, live selling) and channels.
