Job Summary:

We&aposre looking for a talented Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company&aposs goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, online engagement, and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company&aposs goals and objectives.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for our social media channels.
• Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
• Grow our online community by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our company&aposs marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at boosting engagement, reach, and follower growth; continuously optimize creatives and targeting based on real-time insights and platform trends.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly.
• Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and platform changes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media and influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly.
