About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.
This role goes beyond execution — it plays a key part in shaping brand voice, building community, and supporting founder-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities1️ BAU Social Media Management

• Own and execute daily content calendars across all social channels
• Drive engagement with product storytelling, reels, carousels, parenting content & brand POV
• Ensure consistent visual identity and copy alignment

2️ Brand Voice & Tonality

• Bring brand values to life through warm, relatable, high-trust content
• Shape and evolve brand tonality

3️ High Engagement & Follower Growth

• Build a strong, relevant, parent-focused community
• Create series/formats that drive saves, shares, DMs & comments

4️ Founder-Led Marketing

• Work closely with the founder to manage LinkedIn and personal brand content
• Capture BTS moments, product processes, team culture & convert into micro-content

5️ Community & Influencer Engagement

• Engage with parents, creators & influencers
• Build relationships with UGC storytellers and nano creators
• Run product feedback, trial, and micro-campaign loops

6️ Performance & Analytics

• Run paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Track weekly analytics and prepare monthly performance insights
• Stay updated on platform trends and algorithms

Who You Are — Must Haves

✔ 4–5 years of hands-on social media experience with consumer/D2C brands
✔ Proven ability to scale social presence from scratch✔ Strong copywriting & content planning skills✔ Deep understanding of visual aesthetics & storytelling✔ Interest in parenting culture / lifestyle / wellness

Good to Have

Experience managing founder-led pages
Familiarity with AI content toolsAbility to script, shoot & edit reels (mobile-first)Exposure to UGC or community-led content
