Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Handler/Creator to be our one-person army for all things social. This role involves managing and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, staying on top of trends, and even stepping in front of the camera to create content.

This is a hybrid role: you’ll work from our Rajouri Garden store 2–3 days a week, with the rest of the work done remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Posting: Design and schedule posts, stories, and updates for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
• On-Camera Content: Occasionally create content featuring yourself on camera to engage our audience.
• Influencer Collaboration: Find and reach out to influencers for collaborations and marketing partnerships.
• Platform Optimization: Understand Instagram algorithms, grid layouts, and how to maximize engagement across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with jewellery or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter best practices.
• Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging video content.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach.
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new trends.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid Role: 2–3 days a week at Caratbazaar Store in Rajouri Garden, remaining days work from home.
