Social Media Manager / Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager / Coordinator to manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, have a good understanding of social trends, and know how to build and engage communities online.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and updates.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for visuals and captions.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track performance using insights and analytics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Support campaign launches, influencer collaborations, and contests when required.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in managing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of different platforms, content formats, and engagement techniques.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools for quick creatives.
• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in running paid promotions (Meta Ads, Instagram Boosts) is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).
