Jevika & Joy’s World is a fast-growing kids & family content brand built around original mascots, moral storytelling, fun animations, and meaningful entertainment for children and parents. Our goal is to create content that kids love and parents trust.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social platforms and help scale Jevika & Joy’s World across Instagram, YouTube, and future platforms.

You’ll be responsible for planning content, managing daily posts, driving engagement, and growing our audience — especially parents and kids (4–12 years).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram & YouTube (Reels, Shorts, Posts, Stories)
• Upload content consistently as per the content calendar
• Write engaging captions (Hindi + English mix preferred)
• Handle comments, DMs, and community interactions

Content Planning & Coordination

• Plan weekly & monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with script writers, editors, and designers
• Ensure brand tone: fun, moral, kid-safe, parent-friendly
• Repurpose long-form content into short viral formats

Growth & Analytics

• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
• Suggest improvements based on insights
• Identify trending formats, audios, and hooks
• Support follower growth & campaign execution

Collaborations & Campaigns

• Assist with influencer collaborations
• Support brand partnerships and event promotions
• Help execute paid ad creatives (Meta-ready content)

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years experience managing social media pages
• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Experience with kids, family, or content-led brands is a plus
• Good copywriting skills (especially short hooks & captions)
• Basic understanding of reels, trends & viral content
• Organized, responsible, and deadline-driven

SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Knowledge of Canva / basic editing tools
• Experience with reels strategy & storytelling
• Understanding of Indian parent & kids audience
• Love for storytelling, characters & IP-based brands
• Ability to think creatively, not just post content
