Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a
comprehensive social media strategy
across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. -
Manage the content and branding for the
company page, leadership profiles (CEO/Founders), and employee profiles
, especially on LinkedIn. -
Plan, create, and manage a consistent and engaging
content calendar
including carousels, thought leadership posts, video snippets, client success stories, employee spotlights, and culture content. -
Build and execute targeted
LinkedIn ad campaigns
and other platform-specific paid campaigns to support B2B outreach and hiring goals. -
Lead
personal branding efforts
for top leadership by crafting content that highlights their vision, achievements, and insights. -
Drive
employer branding
by showcasing the company culture, values, work environment, and team highlights to attract top tech talent. -
Work closely with internal stakeholders including HR, Marketing, Design, and the Founders to align brand messaging across platforms.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all channels to optimize strategy and increase ROI.

Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithms, and social media best practices to keep content relevant and impactful.

Leverage tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards to schedule content and track performance effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum
4 years of professional experience in social media marketing
, preferably in a B2B or IT services company. -
Deep knowledge of
LinkedIn marketing
, along with experience managing other platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube. -
Proven ability to develop and manage personal branding and company branding campaigns.

Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an understanding of what works on different platforms.

Experience in running and optimizing
paid ad campaigns
on LinkedIn and other platforms. -
Familiarity with social media tools like
LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva
, and analytics tools. -
Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple profiles and deadlines.
