Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We’re expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can take our digital presence to the next level.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Manager to shoot, edit, post and manage content across all our social media platforms. You will work closely with our department heads and leadership team to create visually engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot photos and videos during training sessions, workshops, rehab activities, and events
• Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Design engaging reels, stories, carousels, and posts
• Manage and grow our social media handles
• Write compelling and brand-aligned captions and hashtags
• Plan, schedule and publish content using social media tools
• Monitor engagement and report insights on reach, performance and growth
• Coordinate with different departments for content needs and approvals
• Stay updated with trends, memes and formats to keep our content relevant and fresh

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management
• Strong photography and videography skills (phone or camera-based)
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, InShot, Final Cut, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Passion for health, fitness and wellness is a big plus

Work Type:

• Full-Time (On-site)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
