About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong focus on B2B campaigns and LinkedIn marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage content end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn + Meta campaigns.
  • Create engaging, professional, and thought-leadership-driven content tailored to different client industries.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Design visually appealing posts and creatives using Canva or other design tools (basic design skills required).
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B social media practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align social strategy with overall marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B social media management, specifically with LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to conceptualize and drive engaging content strategies.
  • Basic design proficiency in Canva (video and graphic content creation).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or paid B2B campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
