Social Media Manager

• Manage and grow the companys presence across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging content calendars and creative posts tailored to each platform.

• Strategize and implement lead generation campaigns via social media channels.

• Identify and explore additional social media platforms that can enhance the company's online visibility.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.

• Create social media content for marketing campaigns and business goals.

• Designing posts, creating reels and other social media posts for the handles 

• Handle the branding and promotion of the company through digital channels and support in organizing events and online campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Masters/ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of various social platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies.

• Excellent communication and content writing and designing skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
