Hiring for Social Media Manager for Real Estate and Food Restaurant Brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (primarily Facebook Ads) within allocated budgets for multiple brands.
• Analyze performance metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to prepare creative content for promotions, events, and social media initiatives.
• Plan, develop, and implement integrated social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms and manage day-to-day content distribution.
• Monitor trends across digital platforms to keep strategies relevant and innovative.
• Foster and grow an engaging online presence to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
• Respond to customer comments and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to amplify brand messaging and reach.
• Generate monthly social media cost and performance reports.

Special Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut)
