Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and maintaining social media content calendars
Coordinate with the design team for creatives and visuals
Draft engaging post captions and support community engagement
Perform basic research and trend tracking for content ideas
Help in preparing social media performance reports
Support in basic video editing and short-form content creation

Requirements:

Minimum
6 months of experience
in social media management or a related field
Active and enthusiastic
about digital media and current social trends
Basic knowledge of
Canva

Figma
, or similar design tools
Familiarity with
AI tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Notion AI, etc.) for content and research
Understanding of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite)
Basic skills in
video editing
(e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or mobile tools)
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Organised, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
