Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will assist in creating engaging content, managing social platforms, tracking performance, and supporting overall brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

• Assist in creating posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Support the team with writing captions, hashtags, and social media copy.

Social Media Management

• Post and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
• Help maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor social media trends, memes, and viral content.

Engagement & Community Management

• Respond to comments and DMs professionally.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and partner pages.
• Support in managing online communities.

Research & Analysis

• Perform competitor research and trend analysis.
• Track weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, likes, engagement rate).
• Prepare basic reports and insights for the marketing team.

Campaign Support

• Assist with running small-scale paid promotions under guidance.
• Support influencer marketing tasks (coordination, outreach).
• Help during shoots or brainstorming creative ideas.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Creativity and interest in trends, reels, memes, and content ideas.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop optional).
• Understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
• Ability to learn fast and take initiative.

Education

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome.
