Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help manage and create content for various social media platforms, engage with our audience, and support marketing campaigns. You will research trends, schedule posts, track performance metrics, and collaborate with different teams to ensure brand consistency. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and an opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Create engaging text, graphics, and short-form video content aligned with the brand’s tone and goals.
• Write scripts for reels/shorts and edit videos using InShot and CapCut.
• Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, from concept and timelines to asset workflows and launch.
• Research trends, competitors, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Negotiate and coordinate with models and influencers, including briefs, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor platforms for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track and report key social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and SEO specialists to maintain cohesive branding.
• Assist with brainstorming and planning new marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
• Learn and apply content creation and analytics tools to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights).
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to stay updated on social media trends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
