Assist in creating monthly content calendars.

Research current trends, hooks, and hashtags.

Suggest creative ideas for reels, carousels, and stories.

Maintain content bank for future posts.

2. Content Creation & Execution

Write captions in the brand's tone.

Coordinate with the designer/editor for post creatives.

Create and schedule Instagram Stories using polls, quizzes, and sliders.

Support UGC collection from clients or partners.

3. Posting & Scheduling

Schedule posts on tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

Publish stories on time.

Ensure posts go live as per the content calendar.

4. Community Management

Reply to DMs and comments within 24 hours.

Maintain a tracker of queries and FAQs.

Engage with followers through polls, replies, and reactions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Track weekly performance (reach, likes, saves, shares, comments).

Identify top-performing content and insights.

Share a monthly report with key takeaways.

6. Competitor Research

Track 2–3 competitors weekly.

Note trends, post formats, engagement strategies.

Suggest improvements based on insights.

7. Campaign Support

Assist with influencer coordination or outreach.

Track story reposts, mentions, and hashtags during campaigns.

Support offline events or launches with social media updates.

8. Platform Management

Keep bio, highlights, and pinned posts updated.

Flag any account issues (reach drop, bugs, flagging).

Ensure profile aesthetics remain consistent.
