About the Role

Desibae is seeking a Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will create and manage engaging content for our platforms while also playing a key role in coordinating with models and influencers for product-centric shoots. This internship is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about social media, confident in communication, and eager to gain real, hands-on experience in content creation and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across social media platforms.
• Draft captions, hashtags, and copy aligned with Desibae’s brand voice.
• Network and collaborate with models/influencers to create product-centric content.
• Support with sourcing, editing, and repurposing visual content (Canva, Photoshop, or video-editing tools).
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate as required.
• Track trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Compile analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) into weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns, contests, and shoots.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• No prior experience required—freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and networking skills (essential for influencer/model coordination).
• Passion for social media, fashion, and content creation.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Good written communication skills (English and/or local language).
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video-editing tools is a plus.
• Flexibility with working hours—may be required to extend shifts on certain days (e.g., shoot days).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹5,000/month
• Duration: 2 months
• Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
• Hands-on experience managing live social media accounts.
• Direct exposure to influencer coordination and shoot execution.

Schedule

• Onsite: Bhopal
• Monday to Saturday
• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (6 hours/day, with flexibility for extended hours on shoot days)
