Position: Brand Influencer

Location: Tirunelveli
Type: Full-time (depending on requirement)
Age: 18 - 35 (Female/Male)Reports to: Marketing Manager & CEO

Job Objective

To represent WoowLocal and its partner vendors (food, electronics, home appliances, furniture, and more) in Tirunelveli by driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth through engaging promotions, video campaigns, and local events.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Representation

• Act as the public face of WoowLocal in Tirunelveli.
• Promote WoowLocal and its vendor brands (local shops & businesses) through Instagram reels, Facebook campaigns, WhatsApp status promotions, and offline engagement.
• Participate in local events, expos, and campaigns to enhance visibility of WoowLocal and vendors.
• Build strong brand recall by consistently communicating core values (local shopping, 15-min delivery, community support).

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Drive app downloads, customer sign-ups, and first-time orders.
• Educate customers about app features, offers, and benefits.
• Actively promote vendor campaigns (discounts, product launches, festive offers).
• Support in cross-selling and upselling across categories like food, electronics, furniture, and home appliances.

Vendor & Partner Engagement

• Collaborate with local vendors to create promotional campaigns and highlight their products.
• Assist in setting up in-store promotions, booths, and demo activities.
• Act as a bridge between vendors and WoowLocal for feedback, promotions, and customer campaigns.

Content Creation & Campaigns

• Create creative reels, product showcase videos, and influencer-style content to promote vendors and WoowLocal.
• Work with the marketing team to execute monthly campaigns aligned with festivals, seasonal sales, or special promotions (e.g., Nellai Mega Mela, Anniversary sale).
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging in all digital promotions.

Market Research & Reporting

• Gather feedback from customers and vendors on promotions.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest campaign ideas.
• Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, customer acquisition, and engagement levels.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication & presentation skills (Tamil & English).
• Social media presence (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp preferred).
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for local shopping and brands.
• Creative in making reels, posts, and engaging content.
• Ability to build relationships with vendors and customers.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotions is an advantage.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Number of app downloads & new customers acquired.
• Engagement (views, likes, shares, comments) on reels & campaigns.
• Sales growth for WoowLocal and vendor products.
• Vendor satisfaction & retention through campaigns.
• Participation in at least X number of events/campaigns monthly.

Compensation Structure (Example)

• Fixed Monthly Pay: Base salary for representation & daily activities.
• Performance Incentives: Bonus for achieving sales targets, downloads, or engagement goals.
• Additional Perks: Free merchandise, event passes, travel allowance for campaigns, vendor product samples for reels.
