Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media accounts, executing influencer marketing strategies, maintaining daily communication with influencers, aligning with the performance marketing team on sales-driven campaigns, contributing to brand building and strategy execution, collaborating with the graphic design team for engaging content creation, planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and staying updated on market trends and leveraging AI tools for innovation. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing within the D2C space, a strong understanding of current social media trends, tools, and platforms, the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive brand growth and sales, excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience in influencer relationship management, working in tandem with performance marketing teams, familiarity with AI and market research tools, a creative mindset, and the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
