Social Media & Content Creation

• Ideate, write scripts, and plan content for Instagram Reels & Shorts
• Shoot videos (self or with team/influencers) using mobile or basic camera setups
• Edit reels using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Stay updated with trends, hooks, sounds, and viral formats
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and shortlist relevant micro & macro influencers
• Reach out to influencers via Instagram, email, or other platforms
• Coordinate content briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Track influencer collaborations and performance

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form content
• Good scriptwriting and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience with video shooting & editing
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing & outreach
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Prior experience managing a social media page or creator account
• Familiarity with consumer brands, D2C, or startup ecosystems
• Based in Gurgaon (preferred but not mandatory)

• Real ownership and visibility of your work
• Hands-on experience in content + influencer marketing
