About the Role -

We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern who's curious, creative, and serious about execution.

This role is perfect for someone pursuing or recently graduated in BMS, BAMMC, BA, or Digital Marketing, and looking to gain real-world experience managing social media for a purpose-driven brand.

You'll work directly with the Social media manager in Marketing & Communications team to create and manage engaging digital content, research opportunities for influencer collaborations, and help amplify Yuva Parivartan's impact stories across platforms.

What You'll Do -

- Social Media Research & Ideation: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to track trends, brainstorm new content ideas, and help plan monthly post calendars.

- Influencer Marketing Execution: Identify relevant micro-influencers, reach out, coordinate collaborations, and maintain campaign reports.

- Content Coordination: Work with the team to collect photos, stories, and testimonials from the ground for social media and PR use.

- Posting & Scheduling: Assist in publishing posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Campaign Reporting: Maintain weekly reports on engagement, follower growth, and campaign outcomes.

- Trend Monitoring: Keep a close eye on trending content formats, hashtags, and NGO storytelling opportunities.

- Miscellaneous Support: Assist in newsletters, content documentation, or event promotions when required.

What We're Looking For :

- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

- Strong interest in digital communication, influencer marketing, and storytelling.

- Someone who takes ownership, follows through on tasks, respects deadlines, and delivers quality work.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- A genuine interest in working for a social cause and learning from a real NGO environment.
