Requirements:
Minimum 2-years experience working as social media/ digital marketing handlerMust have worked minimum 1 year in a fashion label, fashion ecommerce company, brand, fashion retail in social media domainMust have knowledge and experience of all social media platforms LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, FB, Tiktok Must know email / whatsapp marketingMust know Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint, Google drive, chatGPT, Shopify backendBonus if you can use Photoshop, coral, or any other similar photo-editing softwareBonus if good in fashion styling and photographyHas working knowledge of social media trends such as making Instagram reels etc.Must have a keen interest in fashion industry and ecommerceBA, BCom, or any other suitable undergraduate degree is required.Need to be extremely professional and have the passion to drive growth of an upcoming fashion brand.Need to be a multi-tasker and willing to constantly learn and growScope of work:Point-of-contact (POC) for social media handling for our fashion brandsManaging social media handles LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, PinterestCreating monthly marketing calendar for all social channelsCoordinating with graphic designer for the right creativesCollecting all content and adding the right captions/hashtags/links Posting reels, posts, videos, blogs, etc on all channels.Managing Instagram Coordinating with graphic designer for the content Posting the content on instagram with captions/links/hashtagsPutting stories everyday with product linksCreating engaging reels in our storeReplying to DMs - converting ordersResponsible for Improving brand visibility and enhancing brand valueIncreasing customer engagement across all social media channelsIncreasing following on all channelsRegularly monitoring and posting on all channelsCollaborating with designing, sales and operations team for new marketing contentIdeating and planning new marketing strategies and executing themManaging Shopify Updating banner images, content, product details on ShopifyUploading customer testimonials, product reviews, celebrity/influencer posts etc.Managing Customer Relationship (CRM) software - Managing customer databases email, phone no, Address etc.Replying to customer enquiries / suggestions / feedback via email & whatsappEmail marketing Creating and sending bi-monthly marketing emails to customersExecuting via email marketing tool such as mailchimp / sendgridWhatsApp marketingBroadcasting weekly WhatsApp campaigns to customersExecuting via WhatsApp business tool such as Freshworks / Zoko Creating promotions for festivals, public holidays, occasions and special events to drive salesFor example special sales / discounts for Republic Day, Holi, Mothers day etc. Planning the event, coordinating with the operations team, getting the creatives from Graphic designer and promoting everywhere via social media, email and WhatsApp.Updating banners on Shopify website for the sameMonitoring work of SEO agency Sending them product images to put in the blogsReviewing their blogs, guest articles, Quora answers, and other SEO activitiesPlanning monthly SEO activities with themPR ActivityReaching out to social media channels, emagazines, blogs for featuring our brandsPreparing weekly and monthly MIS reports for managementMonthly social media calendarEngagement report on all posts across all channelsReport on website analytics via Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
