About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to take ownership of Gray Matrix’s digital presence. You'll be responsible for planning, publishing, and optimising social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube — while working closely with marketing, HR, and product teams. If you’re a creative thinker who loves driving engagement and brand visibility, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
• Create and schedule content in coordination with design, HR, and business teams.
• Respond to comments, queries, and messages across platforms and build engagement.
• Analyze social metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated on trends and experiment with formats like reels, carousels, polls, and motion graphics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience managing social channels for a B2B or tech-driven brand.
• Proven ability to grow engagement and followers using platform-specific strategies.
• Excellent written communication, design coordination, and campaign reporting skills.
• Comfortable working with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or native platform managers.
