Social Media Expert

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Create engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns across platforms, when required.
• Track competitor activity and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
• Analysing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics
