The Role

We're building Freehand from the ground up and you'll play a key role in shaping how the world sees us online.

As Social Media Executive, you will:

• Plan and post daily content across Instagram based on the content calendar
• Help ideate and execute social media campaigns and content series
• Collaborate with the design, video, and styling teams to create aesthetic, on-brand content
• Identify the right influencers for the brand, reach out, negotiate, and close collaborations
• Support content shoots and help manage creator relationships
• Track content performance and campaign results
• Engage with our audience across comments, tags, and DMs
• Stay updated on trends and apply them only when they align with our vibe

We'd love to work with you if:

• You have 02 years of experience in social media or content
• You care about aesthetics, but also about what's underneath the surface
• You can write with warmth, clarity, and intention
• You understand how content works on Instagram and can translate data into intuition
• You're organized, proactive, and have an eye for detail
• Bonus: You've worked with fashion or lifestyle brands, or created content that feels close to Freehand's vibe
