Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across social platforms.
  
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  
• Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
  
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a

  Social Media Specialist/Manager/Expert

  .
• Strong knowledge of leading platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience with

  content creation tools

  (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  SEO, hashtags, and analytics tools

  (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  
• Creativity with an eye for design and branding.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
