Job Overview

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos)
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social copy aligned with brand voice
Coordinate with design and content teams to execute campaigns
Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and respond in a timely manner
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Support paid campaigns with organic content strategy

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of experience
in a digital marketing or creative agency
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics
Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple brands or projects (agency exposure preferred)
