Social Media Executive

The role is focused on creating engaging content, with a primary emphasis on making Reels and short-form videos for our social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your creative skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Responsibilities

1.Content Creation:

· Develop, design, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, carousels, infographics) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and features to create trending content.

· Experiment with different styles and formats to drive engagement.

· Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and posts. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy that align with brand tone and marketing goals.

· Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms.

2. Social Media Management Support:

· Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.

· Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and posts. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy that align with brand tone and marketing goals.

· Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, or queries.

· Analyze the performance of posts and suggest improvements. Monitor and analyze

· engagement metrics; suggest strategies to improve reach and performance.

· Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.

· Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual aesthetics across all platforms.

3. Research and Trend Analysis:

· Scheduling posts, researching trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences and providing innovative solution to boost online presence.

· Identify opportunities to enhance the brand’s presence and reach.

· Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field with an understanding of social media platforms.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation or a related role (Internship experience counts).
• Knowledge of trends, memes, and the dynamics of different social platforms (Twitter engagement, Instagram aesthetics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills using tools is preferable.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for social media and digital content creation.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

· Monitor and analyze engagement metrics; suggest strategies to improve reach and Performance.

· Assist in running paid ad campaigns and A/B testing content strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
