Job Description

Daily Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn in line with the content calendar.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags to maintain an authentic and approachable brand voice.
Influencer Outreach: Identify, approach, and manage collaborations with relevant creators and influencers.
Content Writing & Creation: Draft engaging captions, short-form copy, and creative ideas for edutainment-style posts, reels, and stories.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to gather inputs, assets, and approvals for timely execution.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of posts and campaigns, share insights, and suggest improvements.
Trend Spotting: Stay updated on social media and personal care trends to create fresh, high-engagement content.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media for consumer/lifestyle/beauty brands.
Strong grasp of content writing, brand storytelling, and creative ideation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for beauty, wellness, and conscious living is a plus
