Social Media Executive

About the Company

We are an innovative IT and digital solutions company helping brands grow through creative design, social media, and technology. We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can manage both visual design and social media presence with fresh ideas and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and ads.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, logos, and visual themes.
• Create visuals for posts, reels, stories, banners, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn content ideas into impactful visuals.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are delivered on time.

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Write catchy captions and ensure visuals align with campaign goals.
• Monitor engagement, reply to basic comments/messages, and analyze post performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
• Work with the team to brainstorm and execute monthly campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 year of experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube marketing.
• Creative mindset with attention to design, layout, and colors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• (Optional but preferred) Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory if skilled).
• A strong portfolio or social media samples will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
