We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team of The ChandigarhBytes . As a #SocialMediaExecutive, you'll work with the team to manage the regular content on the profile, develop a content & brand strategy, producing good content, analyzing user data & creating valuable campaigns. This role in The ChandigarhBytes requires a deep understanding of the Chandigarh - Tricity Region - geographical & demographical situations, content creation - creating original content across various social media platforms, management, and analytics. Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and images for use on social media Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring. Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve. Promoting & marketing products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with brand and it's social media strategy. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyse social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to optimize social media presence and effectiveness. Qualifications/Skills Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Consumer psychology Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of social media marketing experience.
