Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join the Nearwala team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Ideation

• Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create regional content that resonates with audiences in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Delhi.
• Stay updated on trends, memes, reels, and festival-related content ideas.
• Write captions, hooks, and headlines that drive engagement and brand love.

2. Visual Content Management

• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to design posts and short videos.

3. Social Media Strategy

• Plan weekly/monthly content calendars for each region.
• Research audience behavior, competitors, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance.
• Suggest campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and app installs.

4. Community Engagement

• Interact with followers, reply to comments/DMs, and engage in relevant trends or discussions.
• Monitor brand mentions and track feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for content creation, storytelling, and local culture.
• Strong command of English.
• Basic knowledge of design
• A creative mindset with an eye for trends and humor.
• Basic Scriptwriting or voice-over skills
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics
• Basic Ai video creation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
