About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Design and execute thematic social campaigns aligned with organizational goals ensuring content is both engaging and informative 2. Increase social media followers and engagement and grow followers across all social media platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Pinterest TikTok etc 3. Develop implement and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives 4. Identify engage and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify online presence and reach new audiences 5. Oversee and engage with social media communities and groups to foster a positive and interactive online environment 6. Work with all stakeholders to create maximum content pieces per month including posts videos infographics and other formats 7. Lead the creation of social media posts with the team ensuring they align with the brand's messaging and goals 8. Craft content for social media campaigns including reels stories and user generated content contests 9. Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly 10. Provide monthly reports on social media metrics including traffic followers impressions and engagement 11. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with broader organizational initiatives 12. Work closely with the creative director and develop creative ideas for execution 13. Manage internal stakeholder expectations and deliver regular updates on social media 14.
