About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create, schedule, and publish engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) aligned with target audiences 2. Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates 3. Demonstrate strong command of Instagram and short-form video content 4. Utilize tools like Canva, Figma, InShot, or any editing tool 5. Visit sports venues or courts to shoot original content such as reels, highlights, BTS, and interviews during or after working hours 6. Assist in ideating and producing high-quality content including short-form videos, carousels, reels, stories, and creatives 7. Visit sports venues and events to capture on-ground content including video bytes, real-time stories, reels, and BTS moments 8. Create dynamic, real-time content that reflects the energy of Hudle's sporting community 9. Create fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly content reports aligned with marketing goals, events, and brand moments 10. Collaborate with business teams to generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, venue launches, and in-app promotions or banners 11. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and real-time engagement opportunities 12. Research competitor activity, algorithm updates, best practices, emerging platforms, and digital trends to inform strategy 13. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally 14. Cultivate relationships with followers and influencers 15. Cover offline activities and engage with customers and staff to create original and sustainable content 16. Serve as an internal design and editing expert to publish content at high speeds 17. Possess up to 1 year of experience in a social media or content role, preferably with youth, fitness or lifestyle brands 2. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Instagram content formats, especially reels and short-form videos including creation, conceptualization and execution 3. Utilize basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, InShot or similar platforms 4. Show comfort with on-ground work including attending courts or events for content capture 5. Exhibit strong communication and copywriting skills with a good sense of humor and timing 6. Display a passion for sports by actively playing, watching or engaging with the lifestyle 7.
