As a Social Media Marketing Executive at iOTA, you’ll be the brain (and sometimes the face!) behind our social media presence. From viral reels to brand storytelling, you’ll be part of a team that creates content people actually want to engage with. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali , and we’re looking for someone with at least 6 months of hands-on experience . Responsibilities: Create and manage engaging daily posts, stories, and videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Collaborate with our content, design, and video teams to bring ideas to life (brainstorms = mandatory chaos) Stay updated on social trends, memes, and viral audio — basically, live on the internet Shoot or direct short-form content (yes, we mean reels and behind-the-scenes too) Write scroll-stopping captions with killer hooks Track content performance and suggest improvements every week Support campaign execution, influencer collabs, and live content coverage when needed Requirements: At least 6 months of experience in social media marketing or content creation Strong understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube work Hands-on experience with Canva , CapCut , VN , or other basic editing tools Sharp communication skills & a strong creative instinct Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to quick content pivots Bonus: If you know your way around a camera or can take great photos, that’s a major plus Why Join Us?
