Role Overview:

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our team as Social Media Executive (SMEs) – either Full-Time team members. This is a perfect opportunity for freshers who are passionate about events, social gatherings, and brand activations, and want to kickstart their career in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Draft press-releases, event write-ups, and newsletters.
• Support in creating communication strategies to promote upcoming events.
• Manage online and offline campaigns to maximize event attendance.
• Coordinate with media outlets for event coverage and publicity.
• Maintain a database of media contacts and influencers.
• Assist in coordinating with vendors, speakers, and attendees during events.
• Gather feedback and testimonials from event participants for future promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic designing, and video editing tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in video shooting.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, and email writing.
• Passion for event management, and ability to multitask meet deadlines.
