Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies to generate qualified leads across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging reels, graphics, and other creative content to promote our brand and projects
• Design and maintain the company website content and updates
• Build and present professional project presentations (PPTs) for clients and internal use
• Track campaign performance, optimize content, and report metrics
• Coordinate with design and sales teams for aligned marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate promotion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and online lead generation
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital design
• Experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several campaigns/projects simultaneously
