Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at Formec Media in Kolhapur. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing social media marketing campaigns, creating social media content, and coordinating with the design team. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating engaging social media posts, monitoring and analyzing social media trends, managing social media accounts, and communicating with clients to understand their goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage clients' social media pages

Plan, strategize campaigns/monthly calendar

Come up with compelling content ideas

Ensuring organic growth of clients social media handles

Co-ordinate with client & creative team

Ensure monthly goals & deliverables are met

Run & analyse paid ads

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing skills
• Social Media Content Creation
• Hands on experience on AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT
• Experience in Marketing and Communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media insights
• Proficiency in using social media platforms
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
