You will be responsible for growing and managing our Facebook pages, creating engaging content, building communities, analyzing insights, and leveraging Facebook's unique features to drive traffic and audience engagement. Even if you are new to Facebook marketing, our structured training program will equip you with all the tools and knowledge necessary for success. The Facebook department is rapidly expanding, providing ample potential for growth in the role. The starting salary for this position is 10,000 - 16,000 per month with lucrative incentives. In addition to the base salary, our incentive program offers flexible earning potential based on your performance and results. Some team members earn more than their salary from incentives. You will have the opportunity to participate in different performance-based incentive programs in Facebook management with high earning potential. It is important to note that incentives are performance-driven and tied to the success of the Facebook pages under your management.
