Job Title: Social Media Associate Department: Marketing Reports To: Head – Brand Experience Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Associate to manage Bay Window’s digital presence across key platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, design, and customer engagement, and can maintain the brand voice consistently across platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management l Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp. l Schedule and post engaging, brand-aligned content (in coordination with design and marketing teams). l Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and mentions, ensuring high engagement and customer satisfaction. l Generate leads through timely responses, follow-ups, and lead-capturing workflows. l Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches. 2. Google Reviews l Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google with a helpful, brand-consistent tone. l Encourage happy customers to leave positive reviews, helping improve our digital reputation. l Address and escalate negative feedback constructively and professionally. Qualifications: l 1–2 years of experience managing brand social media (agency or in-house). l Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. l Comfortable with basic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite). l Understanding of digital trends and audience behavior on each platform. l Prior experience in design, lifestyle, or retail categories is a plus.
