Job Description:

Core Ocean Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving engagement across all major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Optimization (SMO):

Optimize company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for increased visibility and traffic.

• Social Media Marketing (SMM):

Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns across social platforms. Monitor performance metrics and ROI.

• Brand Promotion:

Develop and implement creative strategies to promote the brand, services, and events across digital channels.

• Influencer Marketing:

Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to boost reach and credibility.

• Content Creation:

Ideate and produce engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics in alignment with brand voice and goals.

• PR Strategy & Execution:

Assist in developing public relations campaigns and media strategies that enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of current digital trends and platform algorithms.

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience with influencer outreach and negotiation is a plus.
