Key Responsibilities:

Publish content across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and others as required
Ensure correct captions, hashtags, tags, links, and formats before publishing
Maintain and update a content calendar
Optimise posts for reach, engagement, and discoverability (hashtags, posting time, format)
Adapt content to suit platform-specific best practices (reels, carousels, static posts, stories)
Conduct basic A/B testing on captions, hashtags, and posting time
Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Identify high-performing content and suggest improvements
Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure timely posting during campaigns, events, and launches
Monitor comments and flag engagement or queries to the relevant team

Qualifications:

02 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content operations
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights dashboards
Good written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple posts and deadlines
