Job Title: Social Media Executive We’re on the hunt for a passionate Social Media Executive who knows how to turn scrolls into sales and likes into loyalty. If you're creative, organized, and obsessed with what's trending, you might just be our next digital star. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) Plan and schedule posts using content calendars and social media tools Craft engaging copy, captions, and basic visual content using tools like Canva Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports Respond to messages, comments, and community feedback Support campaign execution and influencer collaborations Stay updated with platform updates, viral trends, and audience behavior ✅ Requirements: 0.5–2 years of experience in a social media or content role Strong written communication and creative thinking skills Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments Basic understanding of design and content formats (images, reels, carousels, stories) ✨ Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of paid social ads Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut Photography/videography basics for content shoots Perks: Young, creative team environment Flexible hours and opportunity to pitch your ideas Real-time exposure to brand growth and digital marketing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
