Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the growth and optimization of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, ensure product listings are accurate, assist in marketing campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Managed and updated product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.). Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams. Assist in executing digital marketing strategies (email, SEO, PPC, social commerce). Analyze ecommerce data to track KPIs (conversion rates, sales performance, bounce rate). Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality content and UX/UI. Liaise with customer service to improve the user experience and resolve issues. Ensure promotional campaigns are accurately reflected online. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital merchandising. Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce CMS tools. Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
