Job Summary

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, a growing digital marketing agency in Surat, is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing content calendars, creating engaging posts and reels, and driving growth in followers, likes, and overall brand engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, etc.) for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand strategy.
• Increase page followers, likes, reach, and overall engagement through creative campaigns.
• Brainstorm fresh and innovative ideas to build brand awareness and attract the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to deliver visually appealing and effective posts.
• Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (replying to comments, DMs, etc.).
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and new tools to keep the brand relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience in social media handling.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills (must).
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate viral and trendy ideas.
• Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps.
• Good understanding of audience behavior and how to grow social media accounts.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple campaigns at once.
