Job responsibility

• Manage and curate content for the School/ University & institutions -social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc, Meta Ads & Google Ads)

• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and thought leadership content to increase the follower base and engagement

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote the school/ University programs, events, and achievements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics and KPIs
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices Primary KRAs
• Increase in social media followers and engagement
• Successful execution of social media campaigns
• Improved brand awareness and reputation on social media
• Increase in website traffic leads, and inquiries from social media Job Knowledge

(Prerequisite)

In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their best practices Knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, and advertising Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising tools Skill Set

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong project management and multitasking capabilities Education

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

years of experience in social media marketing or a relevant role, 5 to 8 years

Working days:

6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday) 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
