* Manage companys social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) aligned with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns.
* Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance engagement.
* Run paid campaigns if needed (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost reach and ROI.
* Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
* Respond to comments, DMs, and queries to build community engagement.
* Stay updated with latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends.
* Any Bachelors degree.
* 2 to 3 years proven experience in managing social media for company
* Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design / editing tools.
* Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
