Key Responsibilities

• Present engaging product and brand videos with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with the content & design team to create scripts, ideas, and video plots.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) with regular posts, reels, and stories.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Track social media insights, trends, and analytics to improve performance.
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to content writing when needed.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and aesthetics across all channels.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a video presenter or social media handler.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to script and ideate creative video and social media content.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Basic photography, videography, and reel editing skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
