Key Responsibilities Present engaging product and brand videos with confidence and clarity. Collaborate with the content & design team to create scripts, ideas, and video plots. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) with regular posts, reels, and stories. Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns. Track social media insights, trends, and analytics to improve performance. Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally. Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to content writing when needed. Ensure brand consistency, tone, and aesthetics across all channels. Requirements Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a video presenter or social media handler. Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills. Ability to script and ideate creative video and social media content. Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics. Basic photography, videography, and reel editing skills.
