At Alacritys, we believe in the power of digital storytelling to inspire and connect. We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our presence across platforms with creativity, strategy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Schedule and Publish the content on the required platforms.
• Circulate the content on different social media platforms and relevant groups.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure innovative campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for integrated campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and build community interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media management.
• Freshers are welcome: A 3-month training program will be provided for candidates with strong interest and creativity.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to write catchy captions and create visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
